Apurva Salarpuria is the Managing Director of Salarpuria Group, carrying forward a multi-generational legacy with a distinctly modern outlook. A Chartered Accountant with early experience at KPMG, he brings financial discipline, governance, and long-term thinking to the Group’s growth.
Apurva believes real estate must go beyond structures to meaningfully improve lives - homes, workplaces, and destinations that respond to how people actually live and work, driven by a simple philosophy: build what people truly value, and growth will follow.
He is the President of CREDAI Kolkata and Past President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Kolkata Chapter. Recognized as a Barclays Hurun NextGen Leader, he has also received the Young Achiever of the Year 2018 award at the Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Awards (East). An active angel investor, he backs consumer-first ventures driven by trust, integrity, and sustainable growth.
